Watermark is seeking a passionate, mission-minded, fully devoted follower of Christ to serve as a Technical Product Owner. This role bridges the gap between internal clients and the development team, ensuring that technology solutions align with ministry needs and priorities. You will gather and refine requirements, prioritize development efforts, and maintain clear communication between stakeholders and the technical team.

Together with your team, you will design, build, and maintain networked software systems that solve the problems of our ministries. You will provide help and guidance to less experienced developers, ensuring that your systems and code are maintainable, well documented, and easily understood. The Kids Midweek ministry is in search of a Team Leader to join our leadership team on Monday evening. Our team is passionate about Jesus and serving the families and kids that attend our midweek events. The Team Leader will be responsible for leading a midweek ministry event by completing administrative tasks to ensure the operations and programming of Kids Midweek Ministry. We are looking for a candidate that is dependable, administrative, hospitable, and a servant leader.
Watermark Kids is looking for someone to join our Preschool team to help us guide future generations to follow Jesus and be the church. We want a person who anticipates needs, takes initiative to solve problems, and does so while caring for the person right in front of them. You will recruit, train, and shepherd volunteers; you’ll write fun, engaging, and evangelistic curriculum; you’ll create spaces where kids are seen and welcomed, taught about Jesus, and safe and secure. The Women’s Community Formation Director is primarily responsible for shepherding new Women’s Community Groups through the Launch process (first 6-8 weeks together), including recruitment and development of new launchers, pastoral care for Launch Groups, and general follow-up for in-process members. Additionally, they partner with the Director of Community Formation in the ministry oversight and daily operation of the Women’s Community Formation process, supporting the introduction and connection of individuals to new Community Groups.
Watermark Kids is looking for fully devoted followers of Christ who are passionate to disciple and care for kids ages Preschool through Elementary. This position will care for kids by sharing God’s love through Bible stories, activities, crafts, songs, and play time while cultivating a culture of fun. No prior teaching experience is required.
