Beginning Saturday, February 1, 2025, the Watermark family will embark on 21 days of prayer and fasting together. During these three weeks, we hope that members will experience prayer and fasting individually, in their community groups, and as a church body. Saturday, February 1
Day 1: Ask God to use the next 21 days to help you abide with Jesus more intentionally. Pray that our church will enjoy deeper intimacy with him. (John 15:4)

Sunday, February 2
Day 2: Pray for our Sunday gathering. Ask the Lord to use the worship, fellowship, and teaching to further mature you into Christlikeness. (Colossians 1:28)

Monday, February 3
Day 3: Thank God for the ability to enjoy life with fellow believers in Christ. Spend time reflecting on the joys of living in community. (Ecclesiastes 4:9-12)

Tuesday, February 4
Day 4: Thank God for the gift of salvation. Ask the Lord to saturate your day with the truth of the gospel. (2 Corinthians 5:21)

Wednesday, February 5)
Day 5: Pray for the salvation of non-believers in your life. Ask the Lord for specific opportunities to share the gospel today. (Ephesians 2:10)

Thursday, February 6
Day 6: Pray for each member of your community group. Thank God for the role each person plays in your life and share the gratitude with them. (Romans 12:4-5)

Friday, February 7
Day 7: Spend extended time in prayer today to deepen your intimacy with Jesus. Ask God to grow your passion and excitement for prayer. (Acts 1:14)

Saturday, February 8
Day 8: Pray for the gospel to reach the nations. Consider what role God would have you play in praying for, giving, or going to the nations. (Matthew 28:19-20)

Sunday, February 9
Day 9: Pray God will reveal any grievous ways in you. Confess to your community group and ask the Spirit to lead you in the way everlasting. (Psalm 139:23-24)

Monday, February 10
Day 10: Sit quietly before God and enjoy his presence. Pray the Word will dwell richly in you and remind you of the fullness of joy in Christ. (Psalm 16:11)

Tuesday, February 11
Day 11: Pray for the next generation of disciples at Watermark. Ask God to show you what your role is in helping disciple the next generation. (2 Timothy 2:1-2)

Wednesday, February 12
Day 12: Pray for renewed commitment to your community group. Ask the Spirit to further unify the members of your community in Christ. (Ephesians 4:1-6)

Thursday, February 13
Day 13: Pray for God to transform you into a more Bible-revering person. Reflect on how you can treasure the Word more intentionally. (Matthew 4:4)

Friday, February 14
Day 14: Pray for open doors to share the gospel with your neighbors. Ask the Spirit to lead you to the people whose hearts he’s been preparing. (Colossians 4:3)

Saturday, February 15
Day 15: Ask God to give you excitement and desire for his Word. Pray Year of the Word is marked by growth and a greater love for Christ. (Matthew 5:6)

Sunday, February 16
Day 16: Pray for neighboring churches in Dallas. Ask the Lord to bless their ministry, congregation, and witness in the city of Dallas. (Ephesians 2:19-22)

Monday, February 17
Day 17: Ask the Spirit to identify opportunities for spiritual growth. Pray with gratitude for the ability to grow in intimacy with him. (John 3:30)

Tuesday, February 18
Day 18: Pray with thanksgiving for the gift of church membership. Praise God for the privilege of being shepherded by church elders. (Hebrews 10:24-25)

Wednesday, February 19
Day 19: Ask the Spirit for discipline and perseverance for your time in the Word. Pray for renewed joy and delight towards the Word of God. (Psalm 119:105)

Thursday, February 20
Day 20: Pray members of Watermark are known for making disciples that make disciples. Pray that multiplication is a marker of our church body. (John 13:34-35)

Friday, February 21
Day 21: Thank God for how he worked over the past 21 days. Share with your community group what he has revealed and thank him together. (Colossians 4:2)
