Learn, Look, and Leave

People are starving, dying, hurting, and alone all around us. There is a difference that needs to be made both globally and locally. The Bible says that it is our job, as God’s representatives, to make a difference. Becoming a difference maker begins with humility, putting the interests of others ahead of our own. We can grow in humility by a) looking to the example of Jesus Christ and b) leaving our comfort zone and putting ourselves in a position where the needs around us are impossible to ignore.
