Meet Amie

Originally from Dallas, TX, but have some burnt-orange blood in me. My husband, Steve, and I played sports at Texas and now we have our own staring five. Our five amazing children watched as our marriage fell apart in 2017 and then was redeemed by grace in 2019. Steve and I tell people we have been married for almost 25 years but really, we have been married only 3 years because of how different our marriage is now. We thank God for this daily!

I worked in college athletics for almost twenty years. After experiencing firsthand how God’s Word, God’s people, and God’s Spirit can change hearts and lives, I could not be more excited to be a part of a new team here at Watermark!
