Great academic performance can open doorways to college admission, scholarships, and future employment opportunities for teenagers. When you combine that reality with the fact that many teenagers anticipate attending college one day, the result is that teenagers face an enormous amount of pressure to perform at an extremely high level academically that can threaten to affect so many aspects of their lives. How should a teenager navigate the tension of seeking to do well academically, without allowing the pressure to negatively affect the rest of life?
