I was born and raised in Guanajuato, Mexico. I am the youngest of four girls, and even though we grew up Catholic by culture, I remember praying something like, “God, if you exist, then protect everyone in the family during our commute and bring us back home safely.”
At the age of 15, I came to the U.S. and went straight into high school. By my junior year, the festivities and preparations for prom and graduation began. I needed to sell pens, and the only other places I knew besides school were work and the church my mom was attending. Not only did I sell the pens, but I was also presented with the Gospel and introduced to the God who had been answering all my prayers.
Now I get to serve Him and witness His power and might alongside my husband, Nathan. To Him be all the glory for His continual mercies.
